BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Organize your staff and set a distribution date and location. You will need access to a parking lot large enough for a tractor trailer and to store the mulch. It must have enough space for your customers to pick up their mulch and for loading your deliveries.

TIMELINE:
Plan to start selling in January as fundraisers are scheduled between mid-March and Mother’s Day weekend.

GIFT CARD FUNDRAISERS

Gift cards are sold in $25, $50, and $100 denominations, and have no expiration date

ADDITIONALLY:
• Gift cards can be used at any Ohio Mulch location or online at ohiomulch.com
• Your group will earn 20% on all gift cards sold
